1. Exchange & Return Period

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Exchange & Return Conditions

The product must be:

• In its original condition, unused
• With all original tags and packaging
• Free from damage or odors
• Accompanied by the invoice or order number

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used or washed items
• Discounted or promotional items (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
• Accessories or inner garments for hygiene reasons

3. In Case of Manufacturing Defect

• If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover all shipping costs.
• The exchange or return will be processed free of charge.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos showing the issue.
